Nancy Wolff represents a wide range of creative individuals and companies in all areas of media and publishing. Representative clients include stock film and image libraries, publishers and digital media companies, individual photographers, artists, fashion designers, performers, business coaches, website developers, app developers, authors, illustrators and graphic designers.
She counsels clients in copyright, trademarks, licensing, branding, development contracts, distribution agreements, rights of publicity and privacy and libel vets. In addition to transactional work, she represents clients in arbitration hearings as well as state and federal court civil actions.
She acts as counsel to Picture Agency Council of America, (PACA) trade association of stock image libraries, and PLUS Coalition, Inc. a non-profit dedicated to creating standards in image licensing. She is an advisor to the Young Photographers Alliance (YPA). Ms. Wolff has also been named by The American Society of Picture Professionals as “Picture Professional of the Year” in 2007.

She is a frequent speaker throughout the United States and Europe on copyright, digital media, and licensing for many organizations including the ABA IP Law Conference, AIPLA (American Intellectual Property Law Association), PACA (Picture Archive Council of America), ASPP (American Society Of Picture Professionals), CEPIC International Conference (Coordination of European Picture Agencies, Press and Stock), The Copyright Society, AAP (Association of American Publishers), Art Buyers Club, Graphic Artists Guild, International Center of Photography, Practicing Law Institute in New York, New York County Lawyers Association, Graphic Artists Professionals, PhotoPlus West and East. Additionally she is also often a guest speaker at Columbia Law School.
