CDAS frequently advises on a variety of regulatory and compliance matters for advertisers and marketers, including standards established by the IAB, AA, and NAI, paid endorsement and sponsored social media posting disclosure requirements, FTC and FCC regulations and guidelines, CAN-SPAM and SMS opt-in rules and regulations, false advertising matters and claims, gaming rules, alcohol and cannabis advertising regulations and restrictions, and various data collection and privacy matters. 

CDAS has an expertise in the development and structuring of complex and integrated promotional contests and sweepstakes, including games of chance, games of skill, and promotional giveaways, as well as the drafting of contest, sweepstakes and promotional rules, winner affidavits and related documentation.
