Michelle Chen

Michelle Chen is an Associate in the firm’s corporate practice group and focuses her practice on matters related to private equity and venture capital investments, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as general corporate governance and operations. She advises clients across a broad range of sectors, with a focus on the consumer brands, food and beverage, spirits, entertainment, media and technology sectors.  Michelle also works alongside the transactional entertainment practice on entity formation corporate governance.

Prior to joining CDAS, Michelle was an associate at a national law firm in the Technology Transactions group within the firm’s global M&A and IP practice.  While in law school, Michelle also interned with Ascend Justice and the New York State Attorney General’s Office.
