May Gunther is an Associate in the firm’s litigation practice group where she works on intellectual property and commercial matters. She focuses primarily on copyright and trademark projects, assisting clients with registrations, rights clearances, fair use reviews, and enforcement. She also works alongside the entertainment practice group on due diligence for rights acquisitions, mergers, and corporate refinancing.
May graduated Notre Dame Law School in 2021 after serving as the Editor-in-Chief of the Notre Dame Journal on Emerging Technologies and as a member of the Moot Court Board. She received an LLM cum laude in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from Fordham Law School in 2022.
