Lynnette Santin-Lerner

Lynnette Santin-Lerner is an attorney with the firm’s corporate practice group. She has substantial experience representing clients in a wide variety of general corporate and transactional matters, specializing in matters related to private equity and venture capital investments, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, licensing, secured lending, as well as general corporate governance and operations. She advises clients across a broad range of sectors, with a focus on the consumer brands, food and beverage, spirits, entertainment, media and technology sectors.

Prior to joining the firm in March 2022, Lynnette was a senior associate at Berger Law LLC, where she gained extensive experience representing private equity funds, venture capital funds, private and public companies on debt and equity investments, bridge financings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, licensing, secured lending and general corporate and securities law matters. Previously, she was a corporate associate at DLA Piper LLP (formerly named DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary LLP) and a corporate associate at Thelen Reid & Priest LLP.
