Josef has extensive experience conducting pre-publication and pre-broadcast review for books, films, television series, documentaries, news stories, and podcasts. He also counsels clients throughout all stages of content development, production, and distribution, providing strategic guidance on a wide range of legal and business issues.
Before joining CDAS, Josef represented Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes litigation at two national law firms. He brings a practical, solutions-driven approach to every engagement, blending strategic insight with deep industry knowledge.
