Caitlin began her career as an entertainment and business lawyer in 2006. She passionately represents the interests of artists, authors, writers, personalities, and creators. She works with her clients on all stages of entertainment and development matters, from creation to production, in the traditional publishing, comic book/graphic novel publishing, television, and motion picture industries. Her breadth of experience in a variety of entertainment mediums, formats, and genres enables Caitlin to identify and address potential issues before they become problems. Her proactive approach to legal representation ensures her clients’ peace of mind. Caitlin also serves as outside general counsel to Entangled Publishing, Premeditated Productions, and Tiny Onion, Inc.

Caitlin works closely with each client to understand their goals and objectives in order to provide the highest level of support and advocacy. She develops authentic relationships with her clients, enabling her to take a long-term view of their business goals and legal matters. She was a recipient of the Wall Street Journal Award for Excellence in Business and Corporate Law and is ranked in Chambers as “Up and Coming” in California in the category of Media & Entertainment Transactions (Talent). Caitlin is the co-head of CDAS’ Entertainment Practice Group.

Caitlin’s interest in the world of arts and entertainment is grounded in her personal experience. She enjoyed a decade-long career as a professional dancer, performing with national and international dance companies and freelancing for internationally renowned choreographers. Caitlin is a member of the bar in California, Washington, and New Mexico, and practices in our Beverly Hills office.
