ancy E. Wolff will Co-Chair the Intellectual Property Breakout Session at MLRC’s 2012 Media Law Conference in Reston, Virginia, held Wednesday, September 12 through Friday, September 14. At the IP Breakout Sessions’ interactive discussions each day, topics chosen by facilitators will cover a wide variety of intellectual property issues. With substantial experience in copyright, trademark and digital media law, Ms. Wolff represents a wide range of traditional and new media clients. She is the current Treasurer of the Copyright Society of the USA, and Chair of the ABA IP Section on Copyright Legislation. Her memberships include ABA IP Section Task Force on Piracy, NYCBA Art and the Law Committee, and she was a founding legal advisor to the Copyright Alliance.

Ms. Wolff is a frequent speaker throughout the United States and Europe on issues relating to copyright, digital media, and licensing for many organizations including the American Bar Association, The Copyright Society, Practicing Law Institute (PLI), The Picture Archive Council of America, and the European Confederation of Image Libraries and Archives, and at many schools including Columbia Law School.
