Law360’s “2018 Glass Ceiling Report” identifies 62 law firms that “are outpacing their peers – breaking down barriers and forging a path to a more diverse working environment.”
In the report CDAS is named a “Ceiling Smasher,” placing second among similarly sized firms for having the highest percentage of female equity partners across all firms surveyed.
CDAS was also recognized as a “best law firm for women” among similarly sized firms for having “above average representation of female attorneys and partners”.
