DAS Partner Nancy E. Wolff will be speaking at the 27th Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference in Arlington, Virginia. Her event, “Fashion Protection: Will it Wear Well?”, will be held Thursday, March 29, 1:45p to 3:15p, and will address the Innovative Design Protection and Piracy Protection Act, a controversial proposed bill. Many argue it will be essential, others argue it would be harmful and a boom to lawyers. This promises to be an informative and compelling discussion.
