CDAS Welcomes Xavier J. Correa

owan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard LLP is pleased to welcome Xavier J. Correa who joins the firm as a partner. Mr. Correa’s practice focuses on general corporate law, financial services software, IT licensing for financial institutions, financial and securities law including funding, secured transactions, payment, custody, clearing and settlement and international law.

Mr. Correa has worked on a variety of cross border IT and financial transactions including lending and structured credit and derivatives transactions for global financial institutions including Goldman Sachs International, BNP Paribas in London, Paris and New York and was Deputy Head of Legal for payment, custody, clearing and settlement services at BNP Paribas Securities Services in France prior to joining CDAS.
