Internships
Our legal internship program provides law students the opportunity each summer and semester to work with attorneys on both transactional and litigation matters in all applicable practice areas. Interested applicants should submit their resume and unofficial law school transcript, along with a cover letter that includes a list of currently enrolled courses if not on the transcript, through their law school’s job board or via email to Internships@cdas.com. Prior work/internship experience or relevant coursework that demonstrates a pronounced interest in one or more of the firm’s practice areas is required.
Candidates must be enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school to be eligible for the program.
