Internships
Our legal internship program provides law students the opportunity each summer and semester to work with attorneys on both transactional and litigation matters involving intellectual property (copyright and trademark), entertainment, digital media, technology, visual arts, and literary publishing. Interested applicants should submit their resume and unofficial law school transcript, along with a cover letter that includes a list of currently enrolled courses if not on the transcript, through their law school’s job board or via email to Internships@cdas.com. Prior work/internship experience or relevant coursework that demonstrates an interest in one or more of the firm’s practice areas is required.
Interns must be enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school located in either the New York or Los Angeles metro areas during their internship and available to work in our local offices as scheduled.
Information Sessions for Law Students
Attorneys at our firm may not always be available or able to accommodate individual requests for informational interviews. However, we invite current and incoming law students interested in learning more about careers in entertainment and intellectual property law and internship opportunities with CDAS to attend one of our periodic information sessions with associates of the firm. Interested students may register by completing this registration form. Please note that these information sessions are geared primarily toward law students.
