Isabella Hyun is an Associate in the firm’s litigation practice group where she works primarily on intellectual property, copyright, and trademark issues and disputes. She also supports the firm’s transactional practice on a range of copyright and trademark matters. Prior to joining CDAS, Isabella worked as a trademark examining attorney for the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
Isabella earned her law degree at The George Washington University Law School where she served as the Student Editor-in-Chief for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal and Co-Chair of the GW Law Moot Court Executive Board. In addition to spending two law school summers at CDAS, she completed legal internships at the U.S. International Trade Commission and The Copyright Alliance. She holds an MS from the University of Oxford.
