Matthew Klein

Mr. Klein is a staff attorney with the firm’s corporate practice group and focuses his practice on matters related to private equity and venture capital investments, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as general corporate governance and operations. Mr. Klein advises clients across a broad range of sectors, with a focus on the consumer brands, food and beverage, spirits, entertainment, media and technology sectors.

Prior to joining CDAS, Mr. Klein was an associate at the law firm of Berger Law LLC, where he gained substantial experience in matters related to private equity and venture capital investments, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as general corporate governance and operations. Prior to joining Berger Law, Mr. Klein was an associate at Braverman Greenspun.
