Scott W. Resnick is a transactional attorney in the firm’s Digital Media & Technology group, representing a variety of clients in the digital media, emerging technology, advertising, and podcasting industries. Scott works hand-in-hand with clients to negotiate and draft advertising and marketing services agreements, sponsorship and promotion agreements, branded entertainment agreements, podcast distribution and production agreements, and intellectual property rights agreements within the NFT and blockchain sectors. Additionally, Scott’s practice focuses on counseling clients on compliance with evolving Internet privacy and data protection laws. Scott’s expertise extend into the corporate practice area, routinely forming and structuring new business entities and advising growth-oriented businesses on corporate finance matters.
Prior to attending law school, Scott worked for five years in team-leading business development roles within the media and advertising technology industries, providing him with a unique and well-rounded perspective of the digital media and entertainment landscape from both an agency and vendor viewpoint.
