Alexis Mueller has been at Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard since the January 2005 and has been practicing primarily in the areas of transactional entertainment law, technology law, digital media law, and intellectual property law with a focus on the licensing and prosecution of trademarks. In addition to his transactional work, he frequently assists litigation attorneys in intellectual property and general commercial cases in federal and state courts. He has extensive experience with computer programming and networking technologies.

Co-Authored article with Toby Butterfield entitled “Are There Pirates in My Safe Harbor?” about ISP Safe Harbor Protections for User Generated Content for the September 2008 issue of the Media Law Resource Center newsletter.
