Zehra Abdi practices intellectual property litigation and counsels clients in the fields of trademark, copyright, privacy/publicity issues.  She has experience in preparing licensing agreements for art, music, and digital media, legal vetting of manuscripts and publications, and conducting clearance reviews for film and television.  She has also handled domain name disputes before WIPO and NAF, and has litigated unfair competition, trademark and copyright actions in federal courts as well as general commercial litigation matters in state court.

Ms. Abdi has been a guest lecturer on trademarks and branding at the School of Visual Arts, taught a continuing legal education primer on intellectual property law at the Practicing Law Institute and has been a contributor to the MLRC newsletter.
