Danielle Efros is a transactional attorney practicing primarily in the areas of corporate, digital media and entertainment law. She advises clients on a wide variety of corporate matters, including venture and early stage company formation and financing, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. Danielle also assists producers, artists, authors, digital media companies and advertising agencies with licensing and intellectual property matters.
Danielle graduated from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as the Symposium Editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. Danielle was first associated with the law firm as an intern during law school.
