Briana C. Hill is a transactional attorney in the firm’s Entertainment practice group. She primarily counsels clients in entertainment and intellectual property law matters in television, digital media and film. Clients are content creators and producers, studios and distributors.
Prior to joining CDAS, Briana was a transactional associate at Pierce Law Group LLP, a boutique entertainment law firm in Beverly Hills, where she represented an assortment of transactional entertainment clients in areas including negotiating talent, rights acquisition, and licensing agreements; motion picture, television, and digital media production counsel; and intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark issues.
Briana graduated from University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. While in law school she served as Articles Editor for the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law and Policy.
Prior to law school, Briana spent several years working in the fashion industry in New York City, including a position as buyer and merchandiser for the retail division of Diesel USA Inc.
